Konar Bros Tile Co. is a family-run tile installation business serving homeowners across Tampa Bay. We focus on one thing — tile — and we do it with the care of craftsmen, not the speed of a production crew.
Eight years in, zero callbacks. In 8 years of doing tile work across Tampa Bay, not a single client has called us back to fix or redo something. Every project finished on the first try, signed off, walked away clean. That's the bar we hold ourselves to.
When you book us, the Konar brothers are the ones on-site doing the work. No subcontractors, no day labor, no hand-offs. And we never juggle multiple jobs — when we take your project, we're yours from demo to final grout.

We can meet on-site for a free in-home estimate, or scope it remotely from your photos and videos. Whichever is easier for you.

Need help choosing tile, grout color, or knowing where to buy? We share what we'd pick if it were our own bathroom. No extra charge.

Written quote, no surprises
Flat-price quote in writing. Scope, materials, timeline — all spelled out. Most bathrooms 5–7 days start to finish.

Clean, fast, high-quality work
We show up on time, protect your floors, dust-control everything, and finish the job before moving to another. Daily progress photos.

Final walkthrough together. 10-year workmanship warranty in writing. And — based on 8 years of history — we won't need to come back.
Our warranty
10-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every tile installation we do is backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty. Wet areas (showers, tub surrounds) also carry a waterproofing system warranty. If anything related to the installation fails — grout cracks, tiles loosen, waterproofing fails — we come back and fix it at no charge. In 8 years, that hasn't happened once. But the warranty is yours either way.
